Peppermint and Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

December 17, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

T-minus one week until Christmas! I went to Target over the weekend for a few things and O.M.G. it was insanely busy. There were a total of 6 carts left in the entry. That’s it. I’d say I am a pretty defensive and decisive shopper (for good reason), so I got in and out of there as quickly as I could. Sliding past lolly-gaggers, squeezing in between indecisive shoppers and line hopping until I hit the shortest one. I was pretty proud of myself of how quickly I made that trip for how busy the store was! Then, we decided to get some more Christmas shopping done so we headed to the mall. I had baby A strapped on the front of me and all was well until… some stranger thought it was a good idea to touch Avri’s face. Excuse me, I don’t know where you or your hand has been and I don’t know you. Please do not touch my baby. I had to get the hell out of there after that. But any-who, Christmas shopping is 95% finished so that’s a positive.

It doesn’t feel like Christmas is just a week away as I have been very preoccupied with other things going on in life, but then I randomly remember it’s almost Christmas and want to bake all the Christmas treats! I wish I had more time to do more holiday baking because I would make all of the below! Checkout out my favorite holiday recipes!
