Maple Mocha Protein Balls

March 7, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

Happy hump day! Protein balls are a go to snack in our household because they are easy to make, there are endless combinations and you can easily snag a ball out of the fridge for a quick after dinner snack as you are running out the door. Whenever I made energy or protein balls, I make sure and use a superior high quality protein source. I choose my protein sources based on quality of ingredients, dairy/lactose free options, and taste. If you are curious why I use the supplement line I do, make sure and check this out.

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this year is flying by? It is already March and spring and summer will be here before we know it. Around this time people start thinking about buttoning up their nutrition and hitting the gym more to get swimsuit ready. Which brings me to a question for you, would you be interested in an 8 week summer nutrition program? The program would include:

  • Full nutrition and fitness assessment
  • Access to a private facebook page offering motivation, recipes, workouts, tips, etc
  • Individualize nutrition program to fit your goal
  • 24/7 facebook and email support
  • Grand prize

What else would you like to see in the program? I want to make this as beneficial to you all as possible so let me know what you would like to see in it to get you the most success!
