Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are fully combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and form into balls and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until dough is gone.
Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
