Cookies and Cream Protein Bites

August 31, 2017 by BrookeWeiss

The time has finally come for so many of you who have been waiting for the release of the Isagenix seasonal shake flavor! Cookies and Cream IsaLean Shake has finally been released! I was able to get my hands on it earlier this month and I can see why this has been the most anticipated shake flavor to date. This stuff is legit! Besides it tasting literally like cookies and cream, here are the specs on it!

  • 240 calories
  • 24g undenatured high quality whey protein
  • 60 micronutrients
  • 11 amino acids
  • 22 minerals
  • No artificial flavors, soy or gluten
  • Non-GMO
  • low glycemic
  • Active enzymes to ease digestion
  • Probiotics

I have an exhausting list of recipes I want to make with the Cookies and Cream like ice cream, popsicles, mug cakes, pancakes and waffles, cookies, protein balls and the list could go on and on. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it though, has been just shaken up in my blender bottle. It has “cookie” chunks that makes you feel like you are eating an oreo dipped in milk. It’s wonderful. This shake flavor is a special edition seasonal shake in honor of Isagenix being in business for 15 years so unfortunately, it won’t stick around. If you are a cookies and cream obsessed human being like many of us (no shame) then email me today to get your hands on some before it sells out! I can even hook you up with 25 percent off! These little bites are the perfect size to grab and go or for a small dessert after dinner.
