EMOM Squat Workout

Happy Friday y’all! Every day is a new day to begin the day with positive energy and thoughts. The vibes you give off are the vibes you will attract from others. Do you want to surround yourself with unhappy and negative people or would you much rather be surrounded with upbeat, happy and energetic people who build you up? In order to attract positive energy, you have to be positive energy!

So, if you aren’t feeling the positive vibes yet today, get up out of your office chair, couch or wherever you are reading this, turn on some dance music and get your feet off the ground and hands over your head until you feel those surges of energy running through you. Then, go do this workout! This workout will work your legs and booty and have you feeling all the good workout endorphins.

EMOM Squat Workout

– For 15 minutes complete 3 barbell back squats each minute on the minute. Use a challenging weight but where you can keep perfect form for all reps.

THEN

*Decrease your front squat weight by 5-10lbs per round

– 1 front squat

– 5 burpees

– 2 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 3 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 4 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 5 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 6 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 7 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 8 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 9 front squats

– 5 burpees

– 10 front squats

– 5 burpees
