Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

- 5 chicken breasts (thawed or frozen)
- Red, yellow and green pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 14.5 oz can organic fire roasted tomatoes
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- Place chicken breast in crockpot.
- Combine all spices and sprinkle over chicken. Cover spiced chicken with sliced peppers, onions and fire roasted tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks. Mix well.
