Ingredients
  • ½ cups gluten free rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt*
  • ½ cup dairy free milk
  • ½ medium apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder**
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Enjoy!
Notes
*feel free to use any yogurt you like. I usually use a dairy free cashew based yogurt.
**Any vanilla collagen or protein powder will work.
