Cinnamon Oat Protein Bake

Serves: 6-8
- 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2 cups dairy free milk or milk of choice
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup yogurt of choice
- 2 scoops Vanilla Swirl Collagen-Egg protein powder*
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
*Any protein powder will work
