Cinnamon Oat Protein Bake

Ingredients
  • 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups dairy free milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup yogurt of choice
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Swirl Collagen-Egg protein powder*
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
  3. Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
*Any protein powder will work
