In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Using your hands, mix until fully combined. Wet your hands slightly so the meat doesn't stick to your hands.
Add the meat mixture evenly into 6 muffin cups and place in the oven for 15 mins.
Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
*I use Diaya Shredded Cheddar Cheese. If you aren't dairy-free feel free to use whatever cheese you like. **Avri is allergic to egg whites. If you don't have an egg white allergy, you can just use 1 whole egg instead of 2 egg yolks.
