Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with a Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • For the chicken thighs
  • 1lb or 4 skin on, bone in chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • For the dipping sauce
  • ½ cup paleo mayo
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Rub olive oil onto the skin of each chicken thigh and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Set the temperature to 390 on your air fryer and set the timer for 28 minutes. Let the air fryer preheat for 3 minutes. Once the timer hits 25 minutes, pause the timer and place the chicken thighs skin side up in the air fryer basket. Start timer.
  3. While the chicken fries, make the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. When the air fryer time is up, remove the chicken thighs. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
