Back to School Double Chocolate Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt*
  • 1 scoop chocolate collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup dairy free milk**
  • Toppings (optional): grain-free granola and cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!
Notes
*I used cashew yogurt for a dairy-free option. Depending on your preferences, a high quality Greek yogurt will add additional protein.

**I used oat milk. Again, depending on your preference any non-dairy or dairy milk will work.
