Back to School Double Chocolate Banana Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 handful spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt*
- 1 scoop chocolate collagen powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup dairy free milk**
- Toppings (optional): grain-free granola and cacao nibs
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!
*I used cashew yogurt for a dairy-free option. Depending on your preferences, a high quality Greek yogurt will add additional protein.
**I used oat milk. Again, depending on your preference any non-dairy or dairy milk will work.
