Ingredients
  • 2lbs grass fed ground hamburger
  • 6 pieces of bacon, chopped
  • ½ yellow onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup paleo ketchup
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Place a large pot on the stove over medium high heat and add the bacon. Once the bacon starts to release grease add the onion. Cook until the onion starts to become translucent. Add the ground hamburger and brown until no longer pink. Drain the grease and place the pot back on the stove.
  2. Add the mustard, ketchup, coconut aminios, salt and garlic powder to a small bowl and mix well. Pour into the pot with the ground hamburger and mix well. Once hot, it is ready to be served.
  3. Enjoy!
