Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 tbsp raw organic honey
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup melted grassfed butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups almond flour/meal
- ½ cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- With a hand mixer, mix together all the wet ingredients (bananas, honey, egg, butter, vanilla).
- Add in dry ingredients (baking soda, baking powder, salt, almond flour) and mix with hand mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line your muffin tin and fill each cup with batter. I filled them just about to the top.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
- Let fully cool and enjoy!
