1 stick grass fed butter, softened to room temperature
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl add all the dry ingredients, except the raisins, and sift until fully combined.
In a large bowl add the butter, eggs and vanilla and mix until fully combined using a hand mixer. Slowly mix in the dry ingredient mixture until fully combined. Fold in the raisins.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the cookie sheet. Grease the back of a fork and gently flatten each cookie.
Place in oven for 12-14 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
