Add all of the spices to a small bowl and mix. Set aside.
Add the turkey sausage to a large bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture on top. Wet your hands and massage the spices into the sausage until fully combined.
Add the chopped apples and kale and massage until fully combined.
Usually a ¼ measuring cup, create 15 patties.*
Place a large skillet on the stove over medium high heat. When hot add 1 tbsp coconut oil. Add the patties and cook 3-4 minutes each side. Cook in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Add more oil as needed.
Serve with breakfast and enjoy!
Notes
*Wet the measuring cup and your hands. This will make it easier to work with the sausage meat that is usually very sticky.
