Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Heat and grease an electric griddle pan to 375 degrees or a large skillet on the stove over medium high heat.
Using a ⅓ measuring cup add fritter mixture to hot pan creating 15 round fritters. Gently flatten keeping each fritter about ¼ inch thick. Cook for about 4 minutes each side. Cook in batches if needed.
