Winter Fruit Salad

- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2-3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 5 clementines, peeled and divided
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- juice of half a lemon
- 2-4 tsp maple syrup (more if you want it sweeter)
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a large bowl.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy!
