Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2-3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 5 clementines, peeled and divided
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2-4 tsp maple syrup (more if you want it sweeter)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with a large bowl.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  3. Enjoy!
