Kiwi Banana Acai Bowl

Serves: 1 bowl
- 1 frozen acai pack
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop Vanilla Coconut Collagen Powder or vanilla protein powder of choice
- ⅓ cup cashew milk or other nut milk
- Toppings (optional)
- kiwi slices
- banana slices
- granola
- peanut butter/almond butter
- Place all the ingredients except for the additional toppings and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
- Enjoy!
