Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cashew milk
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 5 egg yolks
Instructions
  1. Place a medium saucepan on the stove over medium heat and add all the ingredients except for the egg yolks. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl add the egg yolks and whisk until thick. Slowly whisk the eggs into the milk mixture. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated up to three days.
