Brownie Protein Balls

Serves: 15 balls
Ingredients
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cashew milk or other nut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate collagen powder or high quality protein powder
  • ¼ cup enjoy life dark chocolate morsels
Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in a small bowl of warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients except for the chocolate morsels to a food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop form into balls.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
