Brownie Protein Balls

Serves: 15 balls
- 5 pitted dates
- 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cashew milk or other nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 scoops chocolate collagen powder or high quality protein powder
- ¼ cup enjoy life dark chocolate morsels
- Soak the dates in a small bowl of warm water for 10 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients except for the chocolate morsels to a food processor and blend until all ingredients are well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop form into balls.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
