First, make the plum BBQ sauce by adding the plums, ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, and seasoning to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and add a cast iron skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Add the ghee to the cast iron skillet.
Once the skillet is hot add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip the breast and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Leaving the breast face down, generously brush some of the plum BBQ on each breast. Place the cast iron skillet in the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the breast and again generously brush more of the plum BBQ sauce on each breast. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
