Russet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp ghee, melted
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl add all of the spices and mix.
  4. Add the ghee and spice mixture to the potato wedges and toss until fully coated.
  5. Place the potato wedges on the parchment lined baking sheet evenly. Do not overlap them. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
