Russet Potato Wedges

Serves: 2-4
- 2 Russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp ghee, melted
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl add all of the spices and mix.
- Add the ghee and spice mixture to the potato wedges and toss until fully coated.
- Place the potato wedges on the parchment lined baking sheet evenly. Do not overlap them. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
