With the dough blade inserted, add all ingredients except for the dried blueberries to a food processor and blend until everything is well combined. You may have to stop once to scrape down the sides.
Remove the blade and fold in the dried blueberries.
Using a cookie scoop, form the dough into balls. Keep refrigerated.
