Banana Flaxseed Waffles

Recipe type: Breakfast
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup cashew milk or other nut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup oat flour
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You might have to scrap down the sides ones or twice.
- Follow the directions on your waffles and make waffles.*
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
*My waffle iron made about 5 waffles. Depending on the size of your waffle iron will depend on how many waffles you get.
