Banana Flaxseed Waffles

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup cashew milk or other nut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup oat flour
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You might have to scrap down the sides ones or twice.
  2. Follow the directions on your waffles and make waffles.*
  3. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
*My waffle iron made about 5 waffles. Depending on the size of your waffle iron will depend on how many waffles you get.
