Chia Seed Triple Berry and Granola Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼-1/2 cup granola
Instructions
  1. Add the yogurt, honey and chia seeds to a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Create the parfaits by adding ¼ cup of the yogurt chia seed mixture to four separate glasses or mason jars. Then, add a variety of the berries to each glass. Top the berries with another ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture. Evenly distribute the remaining berries to each glass and top off with granola. Keep refrigerated.
