Recipe type: Ginger Snap Collagen Turmeric Protein Balls
Serves: 15 balls
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
½ cups gluten free rolled oats
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 scoops Further Food unflavored collagen peptides
2 scoops Further Food daily turmeric tonic
1-2 tbsp honey
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
dash of salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor with the dough blade and blend until all ingredients are fully combined. You may have to scrap the sides once or twice.
Using a cookie scoop, form the dough into 15 balls and place on a baking sheet. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to become firm. Keep refrigerated.
