¾ cup Primal Kitchen Foods Italian Dressing and Marinade
salt and pepper to task
4 kabobs skewers
Instructions
Place the cubed chicken in a large airtight container and add the Italian marinade on top of the chicken. Seal the lid and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Once the chicken is done marinating, compile your kabobs with the chicken and vegetables in any order you'd like. I placed two pieces of chicken in a row followed by an assortment of the vegetables and repeated. With the remaining marinade in the dish, brush over the kabobs and season with salt and pepper.
Fire up the grill and when hot, place the kabobs on the grill. Grill each side (4 sides) for 3-4 minutes each.
