Greek Yogurt Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 4 pitted dates, soaked in lukewarm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Apple or fruit of choice for dipping
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except for the cinnamon into a food process and pulse until smooth. You might have to stop to scrape down the sides a couple times.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy with your favorite fresh fruit!
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
