Fresh Brussel Sprout Salad

Serves: 6-8
- 1 lb brussel sprouts, ends removed
- 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ⅓ cup cranberries
- goat cheese
- ¾ cup Green Goddess Primal Kitchen Dressing
- Add the brussel sprouts of a food processor and pulse for 5-10 seconds. Transfer the shaved brussel sprouts to a large bowl.
- Add all of the other ingredients and gently toss. Cover and let set in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving.
