Add the potatoes to a large pot and fully cover with water and add a dash of salt. Place on the stove over high heat and bring to a boil. Let boil for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain the water and transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
Add the butter, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, garlic and spices and blend together using a hand-mixer.

*If your coconut milk separated into liquid and solid, mix it with a spoon first.
