Place a large skillet on the stove over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add the white sweet potato and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the potatoes are cooking, add the brussel sprouts to a food processor and pulse for 3-5 seconds to shred. Set aside.
Add the ground chicken to the onion and potato mixture and brown until fully cooked. Add the spices and brussel sprouts and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Mix in the cranberries and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
