Real Deal Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Serves: 14-18 pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup + 3 tbsp coconut milk (carton)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and sift until well combined. Add the wet ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a large spoon until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook each pancake until golden brown on each side.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
