Add 1 bag of Annie's Organic Chocolate Grabbits to a gallon Ziploc bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Transfer the crushed grabbits to a bowl and add the butter. With a large spoon mix until the butter is fully combined. Transfer the grabbits mixture to an 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl add the coconut milk (entire can including the liquid), honey, vanilla extract and xanthium gum. Using a hand mixer, mix until coconut milk becomes thick (about 5-7 minutes). Transfer the coconut mixture to the 8x8 baking dish on top of the grabbits base.
In the same Ziploc bag, crush the remaining grabbits. Add the crushed grabbits on top of the coconut layer and place in fridge for 2-4 hours. Keep refrigerated.
