Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut the end off of the cabbage and cut into wedges. Place the wedges on a sheet pan and with a brush, coat the cabbage with the ghee mixture on all sides.
  3. Place in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
