Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Optional: ½ scoop IsaGreens
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine all spices and IsaGreens and mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, add the yogurt and lemon juice and stir in the spice blend until fully combined.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables of choice.
