Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven the 350 degrees and grease a bread pan.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until combined and batter starts to slightly thicken.
  3. Pour mixture into greased bread pan and bake for 60 minutes.
