About Me

Hi! I am Brooke, the creator of Kiss by Brooke [Living Healthy by Keeping it Simple Silly]. Health and Fitness has always been a part of my life from competing in school athletics, adopting the paleo diet, learning how to be healthy and the best nutritional practices through my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, and testing my physical capabilities by competing in a fitness competition and conquering multiple Spartan races. My passion for health and wellness has lead me to sharing healthy recipes and nutrition coaching to those looking for a healthier and simpler life.

After becoming pregnant and delivering our sweet baby Avri, I fell in love with the pre and postnatal journey and how nutrition can positively impact the experience. I am a mother who went through her own personal pregnancy journey and now postpartum journey. Here on KISS – Keeping it Simple Silly you will find a variety of helpful resources ranging from healthy recipes, workout tips, pre and postnatal nutrition coaching to grow a healthy baby, have a smooth pregnancy and labor and easier recovery post delivery, and weight loss nutrition coaching to those looking to better their life. After years of enduring my own health transformation I am here to educate and show you how it is possible to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle all while achieving your goals.

KISS takes all of the guesswork and confusion out of living a healthy lifestyle and provides you a place to find simple recipes, simple yet effective workouts, and guidance to live a sustainable healthy and more stress-free life. There isn’t a one size fits all approach to a healthy life, but the basics of all those methods stay the same;  eating clean and simple, moving often, and training for the look and lifestyle you want. I am here to help guide you to your ideal lifestyle for you and you alone.
