Happy Friday friends! It’s been quite the day so I am going to make this short and sweet! I’ve got a burner for you today. This resistance interval circuit will test your strength, muscle endurance and make you sweat! Most of the movements can be done with a kettlebell OR dumbbell. Your choice!

Resistance Interval Circuit

45 second on: 15 seconds off

4 x through

– KB swings

– KB or DB thrusters

– KB or DB front rack lunges

– wall balls

– KB or DB step ups

 – weighted Russian twists
