Stair Workout

February 1, 2019 by BrookeWeiss

Happiest of Friday’s to you! I hope all you mid-westerners made it through the frigid temps we experienced this week. It was -50 something with windchill and it literally took the breath right out of me. Wisconsin weather is so weird. We had arctic temps the last three days and now this weekend it is going to be in the 40s and rain. Nothing like riding the Wisco weather roller coaster!

For those of you that braved the weather and made it into the gym, props to you! Or if you had car troubles or any other weather related issue and couldn’t make it, hopefully you still got some movement in at home with any of the countless at home workouts I have on the blog. It is easy to be unmotivated when the weather is subzero for multiple days in a row. But you have to ask yourself if your goals are bigger than your excuses. If they are, get yourself to the gym or do whatever you can at home with the resources you have.

This workout can be done on a stair climber or outside on a big flight of stairs. Now that it will be in the 40s this weekend, take advantage of it and get in a sweat sesh outside!
