Lower Body Weight 10 Minute AMRAPs

Happy first Friday of 2019! If you haven’t checked it out yet and are looking to put a STOP to yo-yo dieting and actually stick to a healthy lifestyle then check out this post. There are millions of resolutions set each year and the majority of those resolutions never come to fruition. Silly me always thinks that life will slow down after this or that and guess what, it never does! I get into a consistent workout routine and then life happens and I am reminded that I need to allow for flexibility in my fitness journey. That’s why I like to keep body weight workouts on hand to get in anywhere anytime. If you have 10 minutes, do half this workout. If you have 20, go for the entire thing. Exercise does not have to be all or nothing. Do what you can when you can and be consistent!

Lower Body Weight 10 Minute AMRAPs

Rest 5 minutes between AMRAPs

10 minute AMRAP

45 sec on 15 sec off

– sumo squats

– narrow squats

pulse squats

10 minute AMRAP

45 sec on 15 sec off

– tuck jumps

– side lunges

– burpees

– calf raises

– jumping lunges
