Ah, the day after Thanksgiving… do you feel like a stuffed turkey still or have you been up since the wee hours of the morning getting in all your Black Friday shopping? We had our day of fun eats and drinks and now it is time to get back on track. Start your day off with a huge glass of water, have a healthy breakfast and aim to get in a workout today. If you aren’t able to make it to the gym today like myself, here is a workout you can do right in your living room! I made it a short one because I know we all have credit cards to swipe, deal hunting to do and saving big monies today!

1 minute each exercise

3 rounds

Rest 2 minutes after each round

– banded hip thrusters

– banded abductors

– push-ups

– dead bugs

– plank
