Vanilla Apple Pie Smoothie

September 24, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

It’s a brand new week full of new opportunities, choices and actions. Consistently creating positive opportunities, making healthy choices and actions is the key to living a healthy lifestyle. Without consistency there comes a lot of yo yoing and it is difficult to get in a good routine. It takes time to create a healthy lifestyle and become consistent with making healthy choices that are right for you. It took me years of experimenting with different foods and workout routines to find a lifestyle that best fits me. The biggest thing that helped me get to where I am today was being consistent. I might not have always been on the right track, eating the things that made me feel my best or doing the workouts that fit my body type, but I did stay consistent. When one thing wasn’t working I switched it up instead of giving up. I pushed forward and continued to search for what made me feel my best inside and out. Eventually, after all of that experimenting, being consistent and continuing to move forward I was able to create my own healthy lifestyle that I could stick to. Don’t get discouraged if you still haven’t found what is right for you. As long as you are staying consistent and continuing to move forward to find your healthy lifestyle, you are on the right track!

The weather is starting to cool and it is finally starting to feel like fall. Apples are in full harvest and I can’t get enough of them! This smoothie screams fall and can be thrown together in less than 5 minutes. I used Primal Kitchen’s Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel, but you can use any vanilla collagen or protein your prefer.
