Dumbbell WOD

Grab yourself some dumbbells and get your Friday sweat on! Great workouts don’t have to consist of using every piece of equipment in the gym. Instead, use what you have available. Have dumbbells at home? Perfect, get this workout done at home. The gym is overcrowded with meatheads? No problem, grab some dumbbells and head to a place in the gym that is meathead free and get in your sweat sesh.

Exercising doesn’t have to be over complicated. If you are just looking to live a healthier life focus on eating well and moving more. Movement doesn’t have to be a strict workout program, either. Find different exercises and daily movements that you enjoy and it won’t seem like a “chore.” It will be something you look forward to daily and will be able to stay consistent and stick with it. As long as you are moving, putting in effort to live a healthy life and doing the best you can, you are on the right path. Keep going!

Dumbbell WOD

6 rounds for time

– DB 1.5 goblet squats x 12

– DB bicep curls x 12

– DB reverse lunge x 12 each leg

– DB tricep kickbacks x 12 each arm

– DB deadlifts x 12

– DB rear delt flies x 12
