Kettlebell 21, 18, 15… Workout

July 20, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

Happiest of Fridays to you all! I hope you are all gearing up for a fun and exciting weekend, or hey, if you are just chillin and relaxin that’s cool too. You do you. If you saw my post from Monday and Wednesday you will know I am working at a country music festival. I have been subcontracting for them since January and it is finally event week! To say I am exhausted and it’s only day two of the actual event, is a major understatement. When I did this full time back in the day I could go day and night for weeks. Now that I am almost 30 and almost 35 weeks preggers, my body can’t quite adapt or keep up. I think a massage is in order next week! With my crazy busy schedule these last couple weeks quick workouts have been a must and this workout was a killer sweat session that I got in a short amount of time last week. Quick and intense workouts can be more efficient at times that spending an hour in the gym just lifting weights. I like a good mix of strict lifting workouts and higher intensity WODS/metcons. This would be a great WOD to add to your weekly lifting routine!
