Vanilla Coconut Collagen Morning Coffee

May 30, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

It feels so good to be sharing a new recipe today! It has been a full week since I’ve shared a brand new recipe because I was enjoying some downtime at our family cabin away from wifi for the long holiday weekend. I feel refreshed, recharged and ready to get in the kitchen to continue to bring you simple, delicious and whole food recipes! Stay tuned for new recipes coming up that will brighten your summer even more.

Coming off of a long holiday weekend many folks feel they need to diet, deprive themselves or spend countless hours working out to make up for the indulgences they had over the weekend. Don’t do that! Holidays and indulgences are part of life and they are nothing to feel guilty about. I am sure along with any of your indulgences you had over the weekend came many amazing and fun memories. Those memories are what should be remembered moving forward and not the one too many cocktails you had. The best thing you can do after a weekend of splurges is to get right back to your normal routine and back on track with your water intake, healthy meals and workout routine. Give your body a few days of consistent healthy choices and you will feel back to your normal self in no time.

I am sharing yet another collagen recipe with you because collagen has been a huge staple in my life lately. If you are curious as to why it’s been such a big part of my routine lately and to learn about all of the benefits of collagen, check out this post. I make this coffee every single morning. I even travel with collagen and will make it wherever I am. Primal Kitchen Foods Vanilla Coconut Collagen Fuel is my go to when making my morning coffee and today you can save 10 percent on your entire purchase by using the promo code kissbybrooke! If you haven’t bit the bullet yet and purchase some collagen, do it now because I will be sharing many more collagen recipes in the future!
