Crossfit WOD – Kelly

Happy Friday! I have officially started my countdown to vacation! I am finally getting my honeymoon; only two and half years later… and I can’t freaking wait! In a couple short weeks we will be soaking up the sun in the Dominican Republic and eating all the food! I have actually never been on an all-inclusive trip so I have no idea what to expect or what to plan for. If you’ve been on an all-inclusive trip tell me the must do’s, essentials to pack and everything in between!

I like to add crossfit WODs (workout of the day) into my week because they are great for conditioning and a good way to measure progress. All WODs can be scaled so you can complete them at your level without overdoing it or injuring yourself. For this specific WOD, drop the amount of reps or rounds if need be.

– 400m run

– 30 box jumps

– 30 wall-balls
