Rise N Grind Phoenix Workout

January 19, 2018 by BrookeWeiss

Last week I was lucky enough to spend a few days in the sunny Phoenix Arizona with a whole crew of motivated, happy and healthy people! Each day we started the morning off with a sweat session and if you remember at the end of last summer I talked about my experience in Vegas for a similar event and we did the same style workouts. If you want a refresher, you can read about that experience and get those workouts here and here.

It is always inspiring to hear other people’s health stories and what they had to overcome to be the person they are now. Some of these people have the ultimate excuses to not live a healthy lifestyle, but they do it anyways because it is that important to them. They have a reason to be healthy that is bigger than their excuses. Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t always easy, but with the right support, resources and drive it is possible and all those people were proof of that. So, instead of letting excuses hold you back, dig deep to overcome them and maybe that is starting with just adding a workout routine to your week. This workout would be a great place to start!
