25 Minute AMRAP

Good morning from Phoenix Arizona! I am in AZ for the weekend at a health and wellness conference. Today, our morning kicked off real early with a group workout at 5am on a rooftop at a hotel. Whenever I travel, I like to do some sort of workouts each day just to get my body moving in a positive way and to set myself up for a great day. We did a HIIT style workout and it was exactly what I needed! We will be in session the majority of the day sitting, so it was great to move and break a sweat this morning.

This workout below is actually a workout I did last week. I didn’t have much time to get in a lift so I used the time a had to get in a killer sweat sesh. Grab a couple of dumbbells and get to work! If you have dumbbells at home, this can easily be done outside the gym. Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes.

25 Minute AMRAP

– 20 goblet squats

– 20 shoulder press

– 20 alternating single arm snatches

– 20 bent over rows

– 20 russian twist
