10 Minute AMRAP Challenge

Let’s be honest, there is no “good time” to start making changes and living a healthier life. For many of us, there will always be work, school, family obligations and just plain life situations that knock us on our butts. But, those aren’t reasons to push our health to the back burner. Those are reasons to start making changes right now! Health affects so much more than our physical bodies. Our health impacts our thoughts, mood, attitude, energy and outlook on life. Do you want to be a grinch this holiday season or Buddy the Elf? There is no better time than right now to commit to living a healthier life. One small thing you can start doing is incorporating exercise into your routine. Depending on your current activity level this could be going for a small walk a couple times a week, lifting weights at your local gym, taking an exercise class or just simple stretching. If you are looking for more workouts to add to your week, here is a great one! 

10 Minute AMRAP

– 50 jump ropes

– 50 walking lunges

– 50 skaters

10 Minute AMRAP

– 40 kettle bell swings

– 40 kettle bell high pulls

– 40 kettle bell bicep curls

10 Minute AMRAP

– 30 mountain climbers

– 30 butterfly crunches

– 30 plank up-downs
