20 Minute HIIT AMRAP

November 24, 2017 by BrookeWeiss

Happy Friday y’all! As fast as Thanksgiving came it went just as fast. A lot of times people get derailed from their health goals when the holidays come around but, it doesn’t have to be like that. Just because of a day or two of over indulgences doesn’t mean you have to throw all of your hard work and goals out the window until the holidays are over. All you have to do, get back on track! Get back to your healthy eating routine and gym routine as soon as you can. Thanksgiving is only one day, don’t let it turn into all weekend, all month, or all holiday season. A day after some indulgences I like to have a healthy breakfast and get in a workout. I don’t do these things because I feel guilty for what I ate the day before. I do this because it helps me to get back on track and not let the indulgences spiral. So let me ask you, what are you going to do today to get back on track? You could start with this quick 20 minute workout that can be done anywhere.
